conditioning coach and/or AT

- $300 +gst/athlete ($30/session).
Gold Level Small Group Training (4 athletes max)
- One strength/power/agility training session a week from a certified strength and
conditioning coach and/or AT
- Individualized training program
- 10 weeks
- Performance Testing/Evaluation + Tracking (vertical jump, speed, agility, power)
- $500 +gst/athlete ($50/session)
