Registration includes:
1-2 practices/Week for U6-U12

$100 Deposit refundable for every returned Jersey
Registration fees do not cover Tournaments

A family's financial situation should not be the reason why a child is not able to be active and play a sport that they love. This is why there are various organizations that are set up to make sports possible.
Refund Policy After Evaluation
Volunteer Rewards Program
Do you know we offer volunteer credits if you sign up to volunteer with us? We are excited to introduce our first Volunteer Rewards Program available to the parents of children in our club. This program is to reward parents who dedicate quality time to their respective teams or club in general.

Refund Policy (Updated March 30st, 2021)
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
Email the refund request to spartanfcainfo@gmail.com
Full refunds less an administration fee of $50 will be issued for players whose registration fee was submitted within 7 days of the refund request.
Partial refunds less an administration fee of $50 will be issued for a player prior to team announcements (Before CMSA Team Entry Deadline)
Partial refunds less an administration fee of $150 will be issued for a player prior the CMSA Team Entry Deadline providing this date.
Partial refund less an administration fee of $150 for players who for medical reasons (Doctors note required) are no longer able to participate.
No refunds will be issued if a player has attended his age group’s team practice.
